A Blue Ridge Cabin Rental
Let's Make Every Stay Memorable with Cabin Courtesy
1. Pet Policy
- The Property allows for the accommodation of pets under the following strict conditions: A maximum of two (2) pets are allowed per stay. Each pet must be at least 18 months old and be fully house-trained. Pets are not allowed on any furniture or beds within the Property at any time.
- A non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet will be applied to the cost of the stay to cover additional cleaning and maintenance required to accommodate pets.
- The Tenant is responsible for any damage caused by the pets. This includes, but is not limited to, damage to the Property’s floors, walls, furniture, and outdoor landscaping. Should pets necessitate deeper cleaning or repair of any damage, additional fees will be assessed and charged to the Tenant.
- Aggressive dogs or pets displaying aggressive behavior are not allowed on the Property at any time. The Tenant is responsible for ensuring their pets do not pose a threat to other guests or neighbors.
- The Tenant is expected to clean up after their pets and dispose of pet waste properly and hygienically. Failure to do so may result in additional cleaning fees.
2. Smoking Policy
- The Tenant agrees that there is a strict no smoking policy in effect on the Property. Smoking of any kind is prohibited inside the cabin or near open doors and windows where smoke could spread into the home. This includes, but is not limited to, cigarettes, cigars, vaping devices, e-cigarettes, cannabis, and any other substances that produce smoke or vapor.
- The Tenant is responsible for ensuring that all members of their party, as well as any guests they may have during their stay, adhere to this policy.
- In the event that the Tenant, or any party of their group, violates the no smoking policy, the Tenant agrees to pay a penalty fee of $500. This fee is in place to cover the specialized cleaning required to remove smoke odors and residue, and is not a license to permit smoking.
- Additionally, the Tenant will be responsible for any costs associated with repairing damage caused by smoking, including but not limited to burns, stains, and the replacement of fixtures or furnishings that cannot be satisfactorily cleaned.
- Evidence of smoking detected during or after the departure will result in the immediate imposition of the penalty fee, along with any additional cleaning or repair costs. These amounts will be deducted from the security deposit and, if exceeding the deposit amount, will be billed to the Tenant directly.
3. Party Policy
We understand and fully support your desire to enjoy the cabin with friends and family during your stay. It’s a pleasure to see our guests making the most of their time in this beautiful setting.
